A tracking link is emailed to you as soon as your order ships.

A download link is emailed to you immediately after purchase, and it's also available right on your order confirmation page.

Format is noted on each listing — typically WAV or MP3 for music, and a plugin installer or sample library for instrument packs and plugins.

Unworn items in original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Reach out on the contact page to start a return. Misprinted or damaged items are replaced free — just send a photo, no return needed.

Digital purchases are final once downloaded, given the nature of the files. If something's actually broken or missing, get in touch and it'll be made right.
